Zero Gravity Racks Return Policy


We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of damaged or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

To help us process your return or as quickly as possible, please enclose the original packing slip with your item(s) and the reason for your return. Once we receive the return item we’ll refund your credit card.

When Will My Refund Be Processed?

It will take your bank 4 to 6 business days to process your refund after we have processed your return.
